Connected to phase and zero. Not yet, wyfae. Worked well. But after a couple of days, the bulbs began blinking when they were turned on. Now the switch is practically not controlled: it turns on from touch, it does not react well to change brightness, it is almost impossible to turn off. What to do now? Buy new? I would not buy such a switch again, just a waste of time and money.

Very nice design, work perfectly with Google Home. Only problem is that it takes aprox 10 seconds to turn it off, because it goes down to 0% brightness ( same when you turn it on)

It's okay. Installed instead of a two-key switch. Take advantage of the fact that two wires go from the switch to the chandelier. One of them in the chandelier coupled to the zero wire and thus in the installation place of the switch received "zero".

The fact that the light levels "climbs" up when turning on an down when turning off takes some getting used to, I suppose. But it works perfectly from both the switch itself and the SmartLife app

Do you provide tracking information?

My tracking says “no information available at the moment”.

For some shipping companies, it takes 2-5 business days for the tracking information to update on the system. If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us.

Will my items be sent in one package?

For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you've specified combined shipping.

Order cancellation

All orders can be cancelled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to make a change or cancel an order, you must contact us within 12 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled.

If you are approved for a refund, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 14 days.
