How do you ship packages?
Packages from our warehouse in China will be shipped by ePacket or EMS depending on the weight and size of the product. Packages shipped from our US warehouse are shipped through USPS.
Do you ship worldwide?
Yes. We provide free shipping to over 200 countries around the world. (over sized,wight subject to extra charge) However, there are some locations we are unable to ship to. If you happen to be located in one of those countries we will contact you.
What about customs?
We are not responsible for any custom fees once the items have been shipped. By purchasing our products, you consent that one or more packages may be shipped to you and may get custom fees when they arrive to your country.

Do you provide tracking information?
Yes, you will receive an email once your order ships that contains your tracking information. If you haven’t received tracking info within 5 days, please contact us.
My tracking says “no information available at the moment”.
For some shipping companies, it takes 2-5 business days for the tracking information to update on the system. If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us.
Will my items be sent in one package?
For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you've specified combined shipping.

REFUNDS & RETURNS POLICY
Order cancellation
All orders can be cancelled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to make a change or cancel an order, you must contact us within 12 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled.
Refunds
Your satisfaction is our #1 priority. Therefore, you can request a refund or reshipment for ordered products if:
- If you did not receive the product within the guaranteed time( 55 days not including 2-5 day processing) you can request a refund or a reshipment.
- If you received the wrong item you can request a refund or a reshipment.
- If you do not want the product you’ve received you may request a refund but you must return the item at your expense and the item must be unused.
We do not issue the refund if:
- Your order did not arrive due to factors within your control (i.e. providing the wrong shipping address)
- Your order did not arrive due to exceptional circumstances outside the control of Slamoof (i.e. not cleared by customs, delayed by a natural disaster).
- Other exceptional circumstances outside the control of

If you are approved for a refund, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 14 days.
Exchanges
If for any reason you would like to exchange your product, perhaps for a different size in clothing. You must contact us first and we will guide you through the steps.
Please do not send your purchase back to us unless we authorise you to do so.

The parcel really came in 10 days. So far I have not charged; but the sound of good, the only 2 minus ears in the summer sweat and they are a little small in size for me, and so everything is fine,,

This is an absolute delight! I got my parcel quickly (Hungary). I ordered on june 12. Estimated delivery time was july 10. It came on july 2. Excellent sound! Both metal songs and retro songs have good acoustic! Tracking was accurate too. For this price I couldn't get anything good in local stores lately. I'm happy with my purchase so far!

наушники огонь, ни разу не пожалела что заказала ( и именно у этого продавца.) звук отличный, чистый, басы огонь. Всё светится, работает. Полностью севшие наушники я заряжала около часу. Пока не знаю на сколько заряда хватает. Наушники под голову ребёнка, на взрослую боюсь одевать, в месте где выдвигается наушники, стеночки немного гнуться, из за этого на себя не одеваю, боюсь сломать. Муж сказал, что хлюпенькие, но мне все нравиться, и если аккуратно обращаться ( как и со всей техникой) то они шикарные. До Омска заказ дошёл за три недели.

Наушниками очень довольно. Пришли целыми. Прилогалась инструкция и два провала. Я очень довольно приобретению, девайс кавайный и просто умилителтный и светиться превосходно. Звук хороший, сидят отлично, очень удобно. Батарея держит не так долго как хотелось, приблизительно часика два, светяшки не отключаються, при подключении переходника наушники отключаються и не святяться, но при таком исходе могут работать без подзарядки. С радио я как-то не разобралась.. Кнопки работают отлично, и микрофон(встроенный) передаёт звук отлично. Это лучше наушники когда либо были купленые за сою жизнь, спасибо за превосходный товар.
Very good. Came one month to Estonia. Packed well. Ordered for child but now my men want too becose of sound, so ordered onother one. For me sound is little sharp but bass is very good. So my men recomend that headphone.
The sound is normal, not worse than in ordinary headphones from Russian stores. Nothing wheezes, does not lag. The color of luminous parts can not be changed, just flashing with all the colors of the rainbow, which for me a minus (on the street with such would not go). On the left "ear" there are buttons on, pause, increase and reduce sound and, suddenly, radio. It all works. The phone button did not try, because. No need. Came in a powerful such package with air, whole. Unfortunately, the wires between the left "ear" and the upper part immediately peeled off (in the photo you can see). But work does not interfere. I do not really like how they lie on their ears, quite tough, but it's all individually.
