FAQ:

-How to install a memory card?
-Please turn the black part of the camera head upward until you see the memory card slot. Insert the memory card face up.

-What to do when prompt “device offline”?
-1. Please check if your device is powered off.
2. If the power supply is normal, please check your indicator light;
(1) The blue light is always on: the camera is working normally. Blue light flashes: The camera is networked. Steady yellow light: The camera is starting. Yellow light flashes: The camera is being upgraded, or has been reset waiting for connection.
(2) If there is a problem with the network, the camera will keep flashing in blue if it cannot connect to the Internet. If the camera has been in the state of “flashing yellow light”, please re-add this camera via the plus button “+” in the upper right corner of the Mijia client.

-How to reset the camera?
-Please move the black part of the camera head upward until you see the reset hole under the memory card slot. hold the reset button of the camera for 5 seconds, when you hear the camera, the voice prompts: “reset successful”.

-I wanted to have access to the camera via PC with linux or windows 10.?
-All of cameras no support to connect cameras via PC.

-Camera can not scan the QRcode on mobile phone APP.
-there is something wrong of focus function of lens,so,need to replace the camera.

-What should I do if the camera keeps flashing blue light and cannot be used normally?
-1. The blue light keeps flashing during network setting, indicating that the camera cannot connect to the wireless network or cannot be bound to the account. It may be due to an error in the networking information.
2. If the blue light flashes during normal use and cannot be used, it means that there is a problem with the network and you need to check your network.

-How to view the video in the memory card?
-You can click the “Review” button at the bottom of the live broadcast window on the video viewing page, and a timeline review of the memory card content will appear. Or click on the “Review” entry at the bottom of the live broadcast page to display whether there are any videos being watched back on the day, and mark them in different colors, just click to view.

-How to bind the camera to Mijia App?
-1. Power on the camera (note: the camera has no built-in battery and must be powered on).

2. Open the “Mijia” App, click “+” in the upper right corner of the page, select “Add Camera”, and select “Mi Smart Camera PTZ Version”.

3. Press and hold the reset button at the bottom of the camera for about 3 seconds. When you hear the “Waiting to connect” prompt, proceed to the next step.

4. Fill in the wireless network to be connected to the camera and proceed to the next step.

5. Use the camera to scan the QR code that appears on the screen of the phone, and follow the instructions on the page after hearing “Scanning the QR code successfully”. After hearing the voice “device binding is successful, you can start using”, the device binding is successful.

Do you provide tracking information?

For some shipping companies, it takes 2-5 business days for the tracking information to update on the system. If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us.

Will my items be sent in one package?

For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you've specified combined shipping.

REFUNDS & RETURNS POLICY

Order cancellation
