The product is as good as expected. It is fast even if it is connected to USB 3.1 Gen 1. Received 1TB model yesterday and tested it. The main problem is heat issue. When it is used to copy 500GB data, it is quite hot in half way of copying. Another concern, based on internet searching, its main controller chipset may have compatibility issue. I cannot find firmware update from ORICO's website for this. Thus it cannot be used as a convenient backup disk to keep important information.

O drive é ultra rápido. Me surpreendeu. Também notei que a capacidade de dados foi maior do que o anunciado. Foi anunciado 1 TB e fornecido 1,002TB, o que é incomum neste tipo de dispositivo. Estou super satisfeito e recomendo o vendedor.

Tested on Dell G5: 1. when connected to USB 3.1 Gen2 gives out power shortage (Gen1 works normally) 2. when copying is heavily heated. Hand can be burned

Very good product. Purchased on May 25, arrived on June 19. It looks and feels solid. I use MacOS and I had to format it at EXFAT (it came in NTFS), but speed is still very fast. Do you provide tracking information?

My tracking says “no information available at the moment”.

For some shipping companies, it takes 2-5 business days for the tracking information to update on the system. If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us.

Will my items be sent in one package?

For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you've specified combined shipping.

REFUNDS & RETURNS POLICY

Order cancellation

All orders can be cancelled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to make a change or cancel an order, you must contact us within 12 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled.

Refunds

  • If you did not receive the product within the guaranteed time( 55 days not including 2-5 day processing) you can request a refund or a reshipment.
