1.Q:Does this hub work with ZigBee 3.0 products?

A:Yes,it can not only work with tuya zigbee products,but also zigbee 3.0 ones.

2.Q:Can this hub control WiFi smart products in the same app?

A:This hub can form a whole house linkage for all the products in your same one app for the hub is connected via the wifi router,but this is the ZigBee version,so it can only be connected with Zigbee devices,no WiFi devices available.

3.Q:Does it work with Alexa echo?

A:Yes,it’s compatible with Alexa for voice control,as well as Google Home.

4.Q:What is the ZigBee protocol for this hub?

A:ZigBee and ZigBee 3.0 protocol are both fine.

Easy to setup but the big problem is its not compatible with zigbee and GE lamps. they can be configured but will always loose connection with this hub.

Will my items be sent in one package?

REFUNDS & RETURNS POLICY

Order cancellation

All orders can be cancelled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to make a change or cancel an order, you must contact us within 12 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled.

Refunds
