Yes, you will receive an email once your order ships that contains your tracking information. If you haven’t received tracking info within 5 days, please contact us.

For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you've specified combined shipping.

Several times there was an alert that the parcel came, but there was no call from The Courier. Where to call, where to look is not clear. Soon the courier still showed up. No dents, everything is neat, everything is as stated. I put the lamp over the couch. I'm afraid that the client will accidentally hurt the lamp and it will fall, since only three thin legs and this is not too stable. Stable if the lamp is without tilt.
